·  updated LCC models in health care sector for: - a UK infrastructure investment group financing PPP infrastructure.

·  supported regeneration strategy with underpinning cost models for: - north London Borough, UK.

·  linked research and local governments through developing an innovation action plan to implement smart solutions to European cities for: - international lending institution in Luxembourg.

·  managed application of technical assistance (TA) support for urban development (e.g. ELENA) for: - international lending institution in Luxembourg.

·  developed Integrated Territorial Investment (ITI) strategy under ESIAF for: -  a city in Poland.
